Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the manufacturability design review and verification during the new product development process
2. Responsible for the introduction of new products, developing new product introduction plans, providing guidance and tracking for trial production, coordinating and resolving abnormal issues in production, and achieving rapid mass production 
3. Cross departmental collaboration research/production and other departments to control key nodes in the process of introducing new products, monitor the progress of the introduction, and ensure the quality of the introduction
4. Responsible for maintaining the production quality of mass-produced products, organizing resources to solve product problems in production and manufacturing
5. Understand the development trends of industry products, learn and introduce advanced process technologies

Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Familiar with NPI process, able to control key nodes of NPI, control project import progress and import quality
3. Master the basic principles of electronic circuits or mechanical manufacturing; Familiar with DFM (whole machine), DFA and their applications, or with structural design NPI、 Priority given to candidates with experience in pilot testing and related work
4. Familiar with product development and manufacturing processes, as well as Bom architecture construction
5. Strong sense of responsibility, clear thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of teamwork and service
